Provenance Land a joint venture between
R.K. Jatia Group and
GIC,
Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, is further investing US$ 250 million on developing its existing 4.5-acre land in Worli Mumbai, adjacent to the Four Seasons Hotel. This development comprises a high-rise Residential tower, to be branded, serviced, and managed by Four Seasons, together with a Grade A office tower being developed at par with international standards. The private residences are designed as the lowest density high rise residential development globally with as few as 41 residences in a 64-storey tower.
Provenance Assets is developing Two Iconic Grade A Commercial Projects in BKC with a total build up area of 2 million square feet, as an associate developer along with Japan's Sumitomo Realty & Development Co. Ltd. (Goisu India).
Recently, Provenance Assets has assisted Goisu in acquiring a 22-acre land parcel in Worli ($625 Million) making it one of the largest real estate transactions in the country.
