Provenance Land a joint venture between

GIC,
(Singapore's sovereign wealth fund), is further investing US$ 250 million to develop its existing ~5-acre land in Worli Mumbai.
This precinct includes the 33-storey Four Seasons hotel, the recently completed 64-storey high-rise Four Seasons residential tower, and a state-of-the-art 1.0 million sq ft grade-a office tower - Provenance Vantage.
The private residences are designed as the lowest density high rise residential development globally with only 41 residences within a 64-storey tower.
Provenance Assets is the investment and development management arm that is developing 4 iconic grade-a commercial projects in BKC as an associate developer with Japan's Sumitomo Realty & Development Co. Ltd. (Goisu India). These developments will have a total built-up area of ~4.0 million sq ft.
In 2024, Provenance Assets assisted Goisu in acquiring a 22-acre land parcel in Worli (for an estimated ~$625 Million) making it one of the largest real estate transactions in the country. As the associate development manager, Provenance Assets is also assisting Goisu to design the masterplan for this marquee 10.0 million sq ft mixed-use development in the heart of the city.
