Provenance Land a joint venture between R.K. Jatia Group and GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, is further investing US$ 250 million on developing its existing ~5-acre land in Worli Mumbai, adjacent to the Four Seasons Hotel. This development also comprises of the recently completed 64-storey high-rise Four Seasons Residential tower together with a 1 million sq ft Grade-A office tower being developed at par with international standards.

The private residences are designed as the lowest density high rise residential development globally with only 41 residences in a 64-storey tower.

Provenance Assets is developing Four Iconic Grade-A Commercial Projects in BKC with a total build up area of ~4 million square feet, as an associate developer along with Japan's Sumitomo Realty & Development Co. Ltd. (Goisu India).
In 2024, Provenance Assets assisted Goisu in acquiring a 22-acre land parcel in Worli (for an estimated ~$625 Million) making it one of the largest real estate transactions in the country.

As the Associate Development Manager, Provenance Assets is also assisting Goisu to design the masterplan for this marquee 10 million sq ft mixed-use development in the heart of the city.The company’s core strength lies in identifying opportunities and creating landmark properties with the highest attention to detail and design.
